Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you contact us by email or telephone, including your name, work email address, company name, telephone number, project requirements, estimated budget, preferred timing and any other details you include in a message or brief. Project enquiry details are handled in accordance with this policy and used only to respond to the request you submit.

We may also collect limited technical information required to operate and secure the website, such as browser type, device category, approximate region, referral source, pages viewed, timestamps and basic server logs. We do not intentionally collect special category data through this website.

03

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to project enquiries and assess whether we are the right fit;
  • prepare proposals, scopes, schedules and commercial terms;
  • deliver agreed creative services and manage client relationships;
  • maintain website security, diagnose faults and prevent misuse;
  • meet legal, tax, accounting and insurance obligations;
  • send relevant studio updates only where you have asked to receive them.

We do not sell personal information and do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making.

04

Legal bases

Our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract; performing a contract with you or your organisation; our legitimate interests in operating a secure creative business, responding to enquiries and improving our services; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required, including for optional analytics or marketing communications.

05

Sharing and processors

We may share information with trusted service providers that support hosting, email, file storage, project management, accounting, legal advice and website security. These providers may only process information for the agreed purpose and must apply appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose information where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not disclose enquiry data to unrelated advertisers.

06

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use an adequacy regulation, approved contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with additional safeguards where appropriate.

07

Retention

Unsuccessful project enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up and understand prior conversations. Client project records are typically retained for up to seven years after completion where necessary for contractual, accounting, tax or legal purposes. Technical logs are kept for shorter periods unless required for security investigations.

08

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access your information, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, receive certain information in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

To exercise a right, contact [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

09

Security

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential credentials or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
